Your list sounds great! I forgot about Borneo - I'd love to go there too. Iceland is totally worth it. We went on a whale-watching trip while there. The majority of the population is very against the whaling - but it's messed up that the whale watching eco tourism boat leaves from the same place as the whaling ship!! They talked about it while we were out. (We only saw 1 or 2 minke whales, it was too early for hupmback)... But we really liked Icleand for the nature. We're just back from holiday (NZ) and trying to decide where to go next... Switzerland is wonderful, one of my favourite holiday places. Come over and do a tour of Europe!
