This is a rabbit. Not A muppet… maybe..

One of my pet rabbits, Chompy is a Lionhead. We got her at the Humane Society where she was incorrectly labeled an “angora” (the type we get angora wool from).

We were struck by her ridiculous fluff, which is common for this breed. They slightly resemble a lion having a “mane” of fur around their face that is longer than the rest.

Normally, we maintain her fur by trimming it so she doesn’t get hairballs, track too much litter around, and so it doesn’t get matted. We’ve let it slide.

This is the result:

Chompy Neds a Fur Trimming

DEAR LORD.

That white stuff all over her is the bedding we use in the litter box. It gets stuck to her fur; she doesn’t realize.
